this hotel was almost good, but the soap dispenser was broken, how could that go unnoticed? I woudl ve been more forgiving if they had provided hypoallergenic soap, but obviously, that was too much to ask. also, a complimentary welcome gift would have been nice, but then again, I suppose they just don’t care about real guests.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which made late-night check-in easy when traveling with our small baby. We also visited a nearby coffee farm, a fun family-friendly experience that was effortlessly arranged through their tour desk.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel's restaurant could offer more kid-friendly options.

Had a great time with my friends at this three-star hotel! We visited the Gold Museum and took a tour of a local coffee farm, both of which were organized easily through their tour desk. The 24-hour front desk made everything hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend it for friends traveling together.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, which made it tough to plan outings.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still got what we paid for.

The Double Room was pretty comfy, but the soap dispenser was broken, which was annoying. The view from the window was great, and I liked that it was close to grocery stores. Overall, it wasn't too fancy, but it felt good enough for a short stay.
