this hotel was almost good, but the soap dispenser was broken, how could that go unnoticed? I woudl ve been more forgiving if they had provided hypoallergenic soap, but obviously, that was too much to ask. also, a complimentary welcome gift would have been nice, but then again, I suppose they just don’t care about real guests.

It was just a smart choice for a city break in Bogota with excellent value for money. The powerful rain shower in the Double Room made our mornings refreshing. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel's restaurant could offer more kid-friendly options.

Had a great time with my friends at this three-star hotel! We visited the Gold Museum and took a tour of a local coffee farm, both of which were organized easily through their tour desk. The 24-hour front desk made everything hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend it for friends traveling together.
